Maz Caz Rouge 2020
Maz Caz is a project developed by winemaker Michele D’Aprix (the only American woman making her own wine in Bordeaux). Caz translates to “crazy in a good way”. All organically farmed grapes are sourced from the Southwestern Rhone Valley. These wines are fermented in stainless steel and left unoaked resulting in wines that are truly Mediterranean. 70% Grenache, 20% Mouvedre, 10% Syrah
