Creamy Potato and Leek Soup
Potatoes and leeks in a creamy vegetable and chicken stock.

Smoked Salmon and Potato Pancakes
Fresh Atlantic Salmon, hand cured with pure sea salt and fresh herbs is then smoked in small batches using aged oak whisky barrels is served with a dill sour cream on top of Brads potato pancakes.
Corned Beef and Cabbage
Tender corned beef brisket is sliced and served with boiled carrots, potatoes and cabbage.
Ground beef and lamb are simmered in a red wine-beef stock with carrots, celery, onions, garlic, peas, herbs and spices topped with mashed potatoes, baked until golden brown.
Tender pieces of Certified Angus Beef Chuck – cooked low and slow in a hearty Guinness stock with, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, sweet peppers, herbs and spices.
Fish and Chips
Our Fresh Haddock fillet is lightly breaded and deep fried served with French fries, apple cabbage slaw and tartar sauce.
Whiskey Glazed Salmon
Fresh Atlantic Salmon fillet is sautéed, then topped with an Irish Whiskey glaze and baked to
perfection-served on a bed of vegetable rice. $35
All entrées are served with garlic bread and sliced baguette.
Jameson Black Barrel Manhattan
Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey, Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth, a dash of bitters and Luxardo Cherries, stirred with ice and served straight up.
Irish Ale Cocktail
Equal parts Bulleit Rye Whiskey and Gosling’s Ginger Beer over ice.
Tullamore Dew, Turbinado Sugar Cubes and piping hot Decaf or Regular coffee are topped with whipped cream
Irish Hot Toddy
Jameson’s Irish Whiskey is mixed with Savannah Bee Company Honey, hot water, a hint of fresh lemon juice, and a cinnamon stick.
Guinness Nitro Cold Brew Coffee
Guinness’s nitrogenated dry Irish stout (just like Guinness Draught) brewed with coffee and
natural coffee flavors.
