She-Crab Soup
House made seafood stock laced with white wine, lump crab meat, spices and cream topped with lump crab and freshly chopped chives

Napa George’s Crab Dip
Piping hot, light fluffy crab dip made from fresh crab, sweet Vidalia onions, Jarlsberg cheese served with pita crackers.

Crab, Mango and Avocado Salad
Lump Crab meat tossed with fresh mango’s, diced sweet red peppers, shallot, a touch of fresh jalapeño in a lemon aioli with fresh sliced avocado’s – served with melba toast.

Crab Cake Sliders
2 Jumbo lump crab cakes are deep fried in peanut oil until golden brown, topped with Creole Tartar Sauce served on toasted brioche rolls with Cape Cod chips.

Crab Stuffed Shrimp
3 Jumbo Shrimp are stuffed with a lump crab filling, baked to perfection, served on a bed of white and wild rice, finished with lemon butter.

Alaskan King Crab Leg
11 ounce Alaskan King Crab leg, steamed – served with drawn butter and lemon.

Tournedos of Beef Oscar
Pan Seared twin filets of Beef on a bed of fresh asparagus topped with lump crab and béarnaise sauce

Isabelle et Denis Pommier Petit-Chablis 2022
Denis and Isabelle Pommier created their charming estate in 1990 after inheriting several small parcels from Denis’s grandfather. Today, through astuteness and hard work, they have expanded the Domaine, and all vineyards benefitting from organic practices since
2014. The Pommiers craft vibrant, aromatic wines from native yeasts in a fruit forward style with graceful volume. They always have classic Chablis freshness, combining well with floral and ripe Chardonnay flavors. The 2022 Petit-Chablis is a unoaked cuvée which, following fermentation, ages on lees in tank for 6 months prior to bottling. Clean and pure, with a touch of rose petal and peach. The wine has a graceful volume and such charm, with delicate freshness on the finish.
