Corned Beef and Cabbage
Tender corned beef brisket is sliced and served with boiled carrots, potatoes and cabbage.
Ground beef and lamb are simmered in a red wine-beef stock with carrots, celery, onions, garlic, peas, herbs and spices topped with mashed potatoes,
baked until golden brown.

Our Fresh Haddock fillet is lightly breaded and deep fried served with French fries, apple cabbage slaw and tartar sauce.
