Creamy chicken stock with cheddar cheese carrots, celery, onions and sweet peppers.

Steamed Littleneck Clams
A half dozen Littleneck clams are steamed and served with drawn butter and lemon.

Rock Shrimp Tacos
Lightly Cajun Gulf Rock Shrimp are lightly breaded and deep fried, served in a flour tortilla, with Sweet Red
Pepper and Avocado Vinaigrettes, arugula and fresh cabbage slaw. 2 Taco’s per order

Rigatoni Bolognese
Rigatoni pasta is tossed in this classic Italian meat sauce made of ground beef, pork and pancetta, slowly cooked with tomato, onions, carrot, celery, garlic and cream-topped with Romano cheese.

Bone-In Ham
Bone-in ham is roasted low and slow, sliced and served with a side of cranberry-Burgundy wine sauce, augratin potatoes and vegetables

Braised Beef Short Rib
A tender, boneless beef short rib – braised in red wine and beef stock with carrots, celery, onions and garlic-on a bed of Chef Brad’s mashed Yukon Gold potatoes.

Herb Breaded Mahi-Mahi Fillet
Line caught, fresh Costa Rican Mahi Mahi fillet is marinated in lemon and lime juice then coated with an herbal breading, sautéed-served on vegetable rice and finished with Brad’s Lemon Butter.

Parmesan Crusted Nova Scotia Halibut Fillet
Nova Scotia Halibut fillet is topped with a parmesan cheese, fresh herb, lemon zest and Panko breadcrumb topping, baked to perfection – served on a bed of golden medley (Couscous, tri-colored Orzo Pasta, Split Baby Garbanzo Beans and delicate Quinoa) tossed with fresh asparagus finished with a roasted garlic butter.

Char Grilled Rib-Eye Steak
Char grilled choice 14 ounce USDA Choice rib-eye steak is topped with onion straws-served with Baked potato and Broccoli Gratin.

Roast Rack of Lamb
Herb crusted Lamb Rack is roasted to medium, served with our housemade bordelaise, augratin potato and vegetable.
