Brad’s Homemade Chili
House ground beef, kidney beans, onions, tomatoes, hot and sweet peppers are simmered low and slow then topped with cheddar cheese, sour cream and house made pickled jalapeños.

Chicken Tortilla Soup
Roasted Chicken, black beans, carrots, celery, onions, fire roasted tomatoes are simmered in a cilantro seasoned chicken stock topped with fried corn tortilla strips

Chef Brad’s own Guacamole recipe (Avocado, cilantro, lemon juice, onion, jalapeño, tomato and sweet peppers) served with freshly fried flour tortilla chips

Stuffed Poblano Pepper
A Fresh Poblano pepper is stuffed with Manchego Cheese, breadcrumbs, Chorizo Sausage and cilantro, baked until tender, served on a bed of homemade enchilada sauce and a drizzle of sour cream.

Pork Enchilada
A flour tortilla stuffed with slow-roasted pork, scallions, cheddar cheese, red beans and rice is topped with our house made tomato enchilada sauce baked to perfection and finished with sour cream, Brad’s pickled jalapeño’s and cabbage slaw.

Rock Shrimp Tacos
Lightly cajun Gulf Rock Shrimp are lightly breaded and deep fried, served in a flour tortilla, with Sweet Red Pepper and Avocado Vinaigrettes, arugula and fresh cabbage slaw. 2 Taco’s per order

Carole’s spin on the classic. Light, airy, vanilla sponge cake soaked with a mixture of three milks: evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, whole milk and topped with fresh whipped cream.
