Creamy Asparagus and Cheddar Soup
Creamy chicken and asparagus stock with tender asparagus, sharp New York State cheddar cheese, carrots, celery and onion.

Truffle Butter Gnocchi
Fresh Potato Gnocchi tossed with Black Truffle Butter topped with Parmigiano-Reggiano and Pangrattato (seasoned toasted breadcrumbs often referred to as “poor man’s parmesan”)

Thai Chili Calamari and Asian Salad
Fresh, breaded and deep fried Calamari is tossed with Sesame Seeds and our sweet & spicy Thai Chili Sauce and dressed Asian Cabbage Salad.

This Evening’s Entree’s~

Sautéed Sea Scallops
Fresh, Jumbo Sea Scallops are sautéed and served on a bed of Orzo pasta tossed with red onions, white beans, garlic, baby arugula and sweet peppers- finished with Chef Brad’s lemon butter.

Nova Scotia Halibut Fillet
Nova Scotia Halibut Fillet is lightly Cajun bed of White and Wild rice and finished Fresh Peach Salsa and a touch of Brad’s Lemon Butter

Roast Rack of Lamb
Herb crusted Lamb Rack is roasted to medium, served with our housemade bordelaise, Augratin potatoes and vegetable.

Torre de Ona by La Rioja Alta Finca San Martin Crianza 2020
The 2020 Crianza Finca San Martín is 100% Tempranillo. Bright crimson color with medium intensity and ruby rim. The nose is fresh with vibrant fruit aromas and hints of wild strawberries, raspberries and cranberries. These red fruit notes are followed by spicy aromas of vanilla, caramel, cedar and licorice. Balanced on the palate with a lively attack and a smooth and balanced mid-palate. The finish is long with a fruity expression and balsamic notes. A versatile wine to enjoy by the glass or paired with starters, main courses and meat dishes in general.
