Roasted Butternut Squash Ravioli
Fresh pasta dough is filled with a savory roasted butternut squash and ricotta cheese filling – finished with butter sauce and Reggiano Parmesan.

Stacked Ham Sandwich
Baked Bone in ham thinly sliced, served warm, topped with Swiss Cheese and Spicy Mustard on a toasted brioche roll served along side piping hot French Fries

Penne Bolognese
Penne is tossed in this classic Italian meat sauce made of ground beef, pork and pancetta, slowly cooked with tomato, onions, carrot, celery, garlic and cream-topped with Romano cheese.
